A letter from the Learning Experience Designer

Dear Learner,

I am writing to explain how the learning experience has been structured for this programme. Every component has been designed to support your progress through the material in a clear and practical way.

Programme Structure

Each course is organised into modules, with further division into submodules and lessons where needed. This structure allows you to move through the content systematically. At the start of each module, you will find learning objectives that define what you will achieve by the end of that section.

Learning Formats

Audio versions of lessons are available for each module. This allows you to engage with the material while commuting, exercising, or during other activities. At the end of each module, a recap summarises the key concepts and prepares you for the next section.

Assessment Approach

Assessments use reflection prompts, clinical scenarios, and community discussion rather than multiple-choice questions. This approach focuses on application and understanding rather than memorisation.

Community and Support

The programme includes opportunities to exchange ideas with other students, ask questions, and access support throughout your studies. You are part of a community of practitioners working through the same material.

The Academy’s Goal

The Academy aims to deliver content that supports your professional development. Each element has been structured to facilitate your learning and clinical application of the material.

I look forward to supporting your progress through the programme.
