Our Alumni

Graduation is not the end of the relationship. It is the beginning of a different one.

The Academy stays involved in your professional life long after your final assessment. Continuing education in naturopathy and homeopathy, direct access to faculty, and a structured support system built around your ongoing clinical practice. Because practising with guidance from experienced educators and doctors matters just as much as the training that got you here.

We hold every graduate to the same standard on which the Academy was built. Becoming a qualified Integrative Naturopath is the start. Practising at that standard, with the right support behind you, is what makes the qualification mean something for years to come.

Why Alumni Support Matters

Clinical practice raises questions that no curriculum can fully anticipate. A complex case. An unfamiliar presentation. A homeopathic remedy that is not producing the result you expected. The years immediately after graduation are when clinical judgement is built, and the right guidance makes the difference between confidence and uncertainty.

The Academy’s Alumni Programme exists for exactly this. A continued relationship with the faculty who trained you, and with a community of practitioners working through the same questions you are.

Subscription details and pricing are available on request. Contact the Academy to discuss what alumni membership includes for your specific pathway and professional title.

One Standard, For Life

The title of Integrative Naturopath or Humanopathic Physician is not just awarded once and left behind. It is a standard the Academy holds you to, and one we continue supporting you to meet, for as long as you are in practice.

You trained with us. You do not have to practise alone.

Alumni Programme FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers about alumni membership, continuing education, faculty access, clinical support, and the global Integrative Naturopath community.

About the Alumni Programme

What is the Alumni Programme at the Academy of Humanopathy?

The Alumni Programme is the Academy's continuing support structure for graduates who have completed the postgraduate programme in Humanopathic Medicine. It provides ongoing access to faculty, continuing education in naturopathy and homeopathy, clinical case discussion sessions, and a standing connection to the global community of Integrative Naturopath graduates. Membership runs on a monthly subscription after graduation.

Who is eligible to join the Alumni Programme?

Any graduate of the Academy of Humanopathy postgraduate programme is eligible, regardless of pathway. This includes graduates who completed the Postgraduate Diploma in Humanopathic Medicine, the Postgraduate Certificate in Humanopathic Medicine, and graduates of the Dual Diploma Programme in partnership with the London College of Homeopathy.

Is the Alumni Programme the same as the student community?

No. The student community is active during your study year and closes when you graduate. The Alumni Programme begins after graduation and is a separate, subscription-based continuing professional development structure with different content, access levels, and purpose. Both are part of the same broader community, but they serve different stages of your career.

Does the Alumni Programme replace my CMA membership?

No. CMA professional membership is a separate credential you apply for on completion of the programme. The Alumni Programme is the Academy's own continuing support structure and operates independently of CMA membership. Many graduates maintain both — CMA membership for professional recognition and insurance eligibility, and Alumni Programme membership for ongoing clinical support and continuing education.

Continuing Education

What continuing education is available to alumni?

Alumni have access to new masterclasses, advanced workshops, and specialist content added regularly across the disciplines taught in the postgraduate programme. Topics include naturopathy, classical homeopathy, integrative nutrition, traditional Chinese medicine, biofield science, and new developments in integrative and quantum medicine. Alumni receive priority access and preferential rates on all continuing education offered through the Academy.

Are the continuing education courses accredited?

Continuing education content is produced by the same faculty who deliver the core postgraduate programme, under the same institutional standards. Formal CPD accreditation details for specific courses are confirmed at the time of publication. Contact the Academy for information about CPD recognition for a specific course before enrolling.

Do alumni retain access to their original course materials?

Yes. Graduates retain permanent access to all recorded lectures, live session recordings, and written course materials from their original programme year. This access continues after graduation regardless of Alumni Programme membership status. The Alumni Programme adds a growing archive of alumni-only content on top of this.

Can alumni attend the live sessions that run during the current student year?

This depends on availability and the nature of the session. Some live sessions are open to alumni on request. Clinical case discussions and alumni-specific sessions are run separately from the current student programme. Contact the Academy to enquire about access to specific upcoming sessions.

Will I be notified when new masterclasses are added?

Yes. Alumni Programme members receive direct notification when new content is published, including advance notice of upcoming masterclasses and workshops. Alumni are given priority booking before places are opened to the wider community.

Faculty Access and Clinical Support

What does ongoing access to faculty mean in practice?

It means you can bring clinical questions to the educators who trained you. This is not a general helpdesk. It is structured access to the specific faculty members whose disciplines are relevant to your question — whether that is a naturopathic case, a homeopathic remedy that is not producing the expected result, a nutritional protocol, or a biofield assessment question. The format of access — direct message, scheduled consultation, or group session — depends on the faculty member and the nature of the question.

Can I consult Dr Nikos Chatzibalassis directly as an alumnus?

Yes, within the scope of the Alumni Programme. Dr Nikos Chatzibalassis leads the Humanopathic Medicine clinical case discussion sessions available to alumni. For complex cases or questions that require direct input from the Academy Director, the Alumni Programme provides the appropriate channel for that conversation.

What are the clinical case discussion sessions?

Clinical case discussions are structured group sessions in which alumni bring real cases to faculty and to one another. They are facilitated by Academy faculty and are designed specifically for Integrative Naturopath graduates working through the kinds of presentations that no curriculum can fully prepare you for. The sessions are scheduled regularly, and recordings are made available to members who cannot attend live.

Can I use the Alumni Programme for professional mentoring?

Yes. Ongoing mentorship from faculty who already know your training and clinical approach is a core element of the Alumni Programme. If you are building a new practice, integrating Humanopathic methodology into an existing clinical setting, or working through a period of professional development, the Programme provides structured support for all of these.

Is the clinical support confidential?

Yes. All clinical discussions within the Alumni Programme are conducted under professional confidentiality standards. Case presentations use anonymised patient information in line with UK GDPR and professional practice requirements. The Academy expects all alumni to handle patient information in accordance with their regulatory obligations.

The Global Alumni Community

What is the global alumni community?

It is the standing network of practitioners across the Academy's graduate community, currently spanning fifteen countries across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas. All hold the professional title of Integrative Naturopath through their Academy qualification. The community is not a passive mailing list. It is a structured professional network with shared standards, active case-based discussion, and regular contact through the Alumni Programme platform.

How do I connect with other Integrative Naturopath graduates?

Through the Alumni Programme platform and its dedicated community spaces. The network is organised by region and by clinical interest, so you can connect with practitioners in your country or with specialists in specific disciplines. The Academy also facilitates introductions where appropriate.

Are there alumni events or meetups?

The Academy organises alumni events periodically, including online clinical conferences, masterclass days, and regional meetups where numbers allow. Details are communicated through the Alumni Programme to members. Some events are open to the wider public as Learning Circle webinars.

Can alumni refer patients to other graduates in the network?

Yes. One of the practical functions of the global alumni network is professional referral. If a patient needs support from a practitioner in a different location or with a different clinical specialisation, the alumni network gives you a vetted community of Integrative Naturopath graduates to refer to with confidence.

Membership and Subscription

How much does the Alumni Programme cost?

The Alumni Programme runs on a monthly subscription. Pricing details and what is included at each access level are available directly from the Academy. Contact info@humanopathy.com to receive the current membership information for your specific pathway and professional title.

When does Alumni Programme access begin?

Alumni Programme access begins after you complete the programme and graduate. You will receive an invitation to join within your graduation communications. There is no waiting period.

Can I pause or cancel my Alumni Programme membership?

Yes. The subscription can be paused or cancelled at any time. Contact the Academy administration to discuss your options. Note that access to alumni-only content, clinical case discussions, and faculty contact pauses during any membership suspension.

What do I lose access to if I cancel my Alumni Programme membership?

Your permanent access to original course materials and recordings from your study year is unaffected by Alumni Programme membership status — that access is yours regardless. What pauses on cancellation is access to new continuing education content, the clinical case discussion sessions, direct faculty contact, and the alumni community platform.

Is there a discount for graduates who join the Alumni Programme immediately after graduating?

Contact the Academy to discuss what is available at the time of your graduation. The Academy works individually with graduates on membership and we encourage early enquiry.

Professional Title and Standards

Does the Alumni Programme help me maintain the Integrative Naturopath title?

Yes. The professional title of Integrative Naturopath represents a standard the Academy holds you to, and the Alumni Programme is the practical mechanism through which that standard is maintained. Continuing education, clinical case discussions, and faculty access are all designed to ensure that the title reflects active, supported professional practice — not just a qualification awarded once and left behind.

Is continuing education through the Alumni Programme required to keep CMA membership?

CMA membership has its own CPD requirements which are set and administered by the Complementary Medical Association, independently of the Academy. The continuing education available through the Alumni Programme can contribute to your CPD record, but the specific requirements for CMA membership renewal should be confirmed directly with the CMA.

Can medical doctors use the Alumni Programme differently from other graduates?

The Alumni Programme is structured for all Integrative Naturopath graduates regardless of their entry pathway. Medical doctors who completed the Postgraduate Diploma may have specific clinical questions around integrating Humanopathic methodology with conventional practice, and the programme accommodates this. Faculty access and case discussions are relevant across all professional backgrounds.

What happens to my professional standing if I stop practising for a period?

Your qualification and professional title are not revoked by a break in practice. If you return to active practice, the Alumni Programme is designed to support re-engagement — through continuing education, case discussions, and faculty contact. Contact the Academy to discuss your situation and what support is available.
