About the Academy of Humanopathy

What is Humanopathy?

Humanopathy is the advancement of naturopathy. It takes the foundational principles of natural medicine and extends them into integrative medicine, quantum medicine, and biofield science, bringing these disciplines together with Western medicine into one coherent clinical framework.

The Academy of Humanopathy is a London-based postgraduate institution training medical doctors, health professionals, and therapists in this approach. Graduates carry the professional title of Integrative Naturopath, accredited by the Complementary Medical Association.

Is Humanopathy the same as naturopathy?

No, and the distinction matters. Naturopathy is a respected foundation. Humanopathy builds on that foundation and goes further, integrating quantum medicine principles, electro-photonic science, and biofield assessment alongside psychology, homeopathy, traditional Chinese medicine, and lifestyle medicine.

Graduates do not simply become naturopaths. They become Integrative Naturopaths trained in a methodology that goes beyond what conventional naturopathic training covers.

What is an Integrative Naturopath?

An Integrative Naturopath is a health professional trained in naturopathic principles extended through integrative medicine, biofield science, and Humanopathic methodology.

It is the professional title awarded to graduates of the Academy's postgraduate programme. It reflects a whole-person approach to health that draws on the best of natural medicine and takes it further than conventional naturopathic training does.

What is integrative medicine and how is it different?

Integrative medicine combines evidence-based conventional medicine with complementary disciplines including nutrition, psychology, traditional Chinese medicine, and lifestyle interventions. It does not replace Western medicine. It expands it.

At the Academy, we go further still, adding biofield science and quantum principles to create a complete clinical picture of the person, not just the condition.

Is the Academy accredited?

Yes. The Academy holds accreditation from the Complementary Medical Association (CMA), the Hahnemann College of Homeopathy, and a collaboration with the London College of Homeopathy.

Graduates are eligible for full CMA professional membership and listing in the international CMA practitioner directory on completion.

About Integrative Naturopathy and Homeopathy

What is naturopathy?

Naturopathy is a healthcare system that works with the body's natural ability to heal. It draws on a range of disciplines including nutrition, herbal medicine, lifestyle medicine, and physical therapies to support health from the inside out.

Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, naturopathy looks at the whole person — the physical, emotional, and environmental factors that contribute to illness and wellbeing.

At the Academy of Humanopathy, naturopathic principles form the foundation of the postgraduate programme. Graduates carry the professional title of Integrative Naturopath, reflecting a methodology that builds on those principles and extends them through integrative medicine, biofield science, and Humanopathic practice.

What is homeopathy?

Homeopathy is a complete therapeutic system developed by Samuel Hahnemann in the late 18th century, based on the principle that like cures like. A substance that produces symptoms in a healthy person can, in a highly diluted form, stimulate healing in a person suffering from similar symptoms.

At the Academy of Humanopathy, the module is delivered under the accreditation of Hahnemann College of Homeopathy in London, led by its Director Dr Shashi Mohan Sharma. It is one of eight disciplines in the postgraduate programme and sits at the core of the integrative naturopathic approach we teach.

Postgraduate Programme

How long is the programme?

The postgraduate programme is one year, fully online, and requires approximately 5 to 7 hours per week. It is designed for working professionals and fits around an existing clinical or professional schedule.

What subjects does the programme cover?

The programme covers eight core disciplines: psychology and NLP in patient care, lifestyle medicine, electro-photonic science and biofield assessment, foundations of homeopathy, traditional Chinese medicine, integrative nutrition, Siddha medicine, and the live Humanopathic Medicine capstone, taught personally by Dr Nikos Chatzibalassis.

Advanced scientific courses in integrative medicine, epigenetics, trauma release, and energy medicine are available as optional continuing education.

Can I study while working full-time?

Yes. The programme is built for working professionals. All lectures are recorded and accessible on demand. Monthly live sessions are recorded for later access. A mobile app allows you to study from anywhere. You set your own pace within the structured academic roadmap.

What qualification do I receive?

Medical doctors receive a Postgraduate Diploma in Humanopathic Medicine. Health professionals and therapists receive a Postgraduate Certificate in Humanopathic Medicine. All graduates carry the professional title of Integrative Naturopath, recognised through CMA professional membership and the international practitioner directory.

What professional title will I carry after graduating?

Graduates carry the professional title of Integrative Naturopath. This reflects the programme's foundation in naturopathic principles, extended through integrative medicine, quantum medicine, and biofield science. The title is recognised through CMA professional membership and the international CMA directory, which covers practitioners in over 40 countries.

Does the programme qualify me to practise as a naturopath?

The programme awards a postgraduate educational qualification and the professional title of Integrative Naturopath. It does not confer a clinical practice licence. Licensing requirements vary by country.

In many countries, including the United Kingdom, naturopathy is not a regulated profession and the title can be used professionally following recognised training and CMA membership. We recommend checking the regulations specific to your country before enrolling. We are happy to discuss this during a consultation.

What is the Dual Diploma Programme?

The Dual Diploma Programme provides two qualifications over two years. Year 1 is completed with the Academy of Humanopathy. Year 2 is completed with the London College of Homeopathy, leading to a Professional Diploma in Homeopathy.

This pathway is designed for career changers with no prior health professional qualification. On completion, graduates hold two accredited qualifications and are eligible for CMA membership.

Is there a final exam?

No. Assessment is continuous and case-based throughout the programme, with a final capstone project that integrates all eight disciplines. This reflects how clinical thinking actually works — through cases, reflection, and applied analysis — rather than a single exam.

Can I continue to a higher qualification after this programme?

Yes. The Academy is developing a pathway toward further postgraduate qualification, including a route toward a naturopathic doctoral qualification through a partnership with an accredited institution that would recognise this programme as the first year of a wider pathway.

Graduates also have permanent access to all course materials and are invited into the alumni community and continuing education programme.

Admissions, Fees and Scholarships

Who can enrol?

The programme is open to medical doctors, certified health professionals, therapists, and individuals building a career in integrative naturopathy. Career changers without an existing health professional qualification enter through the Dual Diploma pathway, which includes a second year with the London College of Homeopathy.

How much does the programme cost?

Fees are set by region to make postgraduate integrative training accessible worldwide. Current fees are USD 5,500 for USA and Canada, GBP 4,690 for the UK and international students, EUR 4,750 for EU students, and EUR 3,750 for students based in Greece.

A 20% deposit secures your place and is fully refundable within 14 days. Flexible payment plans are available on request.

Do you offer financial support?

Yes. Ten tuition grants are awarded annually for practitioners from low-income countries or those facing financial hardship. Grants are awarded on demonstrated need and professional commitment.

No candidate is turned away without a personal conversation. Contact info@humanopathy.com to discuss what support is available to you.

When does the next cohort start?

New cohorts open throughout the year. Contact info@humanopathy.com for current start dates and availability. Early application is recommended, as places in each cohort are limited and reviewed on a personal basis.

The Integrative Naturopath Title

Is the Integrative Naturopath title recognised internationally?

The title is a professional credential recognised within the integrative and complementary medicine community internationally through CMA accreditation. The CMA has members across more than 40 countries and operates one of the world's largest international practitioner directories. Graduates are listed in that directory on completion.

What can I do with the title of Integrative Naturopath?

Graduates use the title in private practice, integrative clinics, wellness centres, and health education settings. CMA membership gives professional standing, insurance eligibility through CMA-recognised providers, and a listing in the international practitioner directory.

Medical doctors who complete the programme integrate the Humanopathic methodology directly into their existing clinical practice alongside their conventional credentials.

Recognition and Career

Is the qualification recognised internationally?

Yes. The qualification is accredited by the Complementary Medical Association, the Hahnemann College of Homeopathy, and the London College of Homeopathy, all of which are internationally recognised UK bodies. CMA membership gives graduates professional recognition and directory listing across more than 40 countries.

Can I practise after completing the programme?

This is a postgraduate educational qualification, not a clinical practice licence. Your ability to practise depends on your existing professional registration and the regulatory framework of your country.

The title of Integrative Naturopath, backed by CMA accreditation, positions graduates to work in integrative health settings, wellness clinics, and private practice, either as an independent practitioner or alongside existing professional credentials.

The Alumni Programme

What is the Alumni Programme at the Academy of Humanopathy?

The Alumni Programme is the Academy's continuing support structure for graduates who have completed the postgraduate programme in Humanopathic Medicine.

It provides ongoing access to faculty, continuing education in naturopathy and homeopathy, clinical case discussion sessions, and a standing connection to the global community of Integrative Naturopath graduates. Membership runs on a monthly subscription after graduation.

Who is eligible to join the Alumni Programme?

Any graduate of the Academy of Humanopathy postgraduate programme is eligible, regardless of pathway. This includes graduates who completed the Postgraduate Diploma in Humanopathic Medicine, the Postgraduate Certificate in Humanopathic Medicine, and graduates of the Dual Diploma Programme in partnership with the London College of Homeopathy.

Is the Alumni Programme the same as the student community?

No. The student community is active during your study year and closes when you graduate. The Alumni Programme begins after graduation and is a separate, subscription-based continuing professional development structure with different content, access levels, and purpose.

Both are part of the same broader community, but they serve different stages of your career.

Does the Alumni Programme replace my CMA membership?

No. CMA professional membership is a separate credential you apply for on completion of the programme. The Alumni Programme is the Academy's own continuing support structure and operates independently of CMA membership.

Many graduates maintain both — CMA membership for professional recognition and insurance eligibility, and Alumni Programme membership for ongoing clinical support and continuing education.

Continuing Education

What continuing education is available to alumni?

Alumni have access to new masterclasses, advanced workshops, and specialist content added regularly across the disciplines taught in the postgraduate programme.

Topics include naturopathy, classical homeopathy, integrative nutrition, traditional Chinese medicine, biofield science, and new developments in integrative and quantum medicine. Alumni receive priority access and preferential rates on all continuing education offered through the Academy.

Are the continuing education courses accredited?

Continuing education content is produced by the same faculty who deliver the core postgraduate programme, under the same institutional standards.

Formal CPD accreditation details for specific courses are confirmed at the time of publication. Contact the Academy for information about CPD recognition for a specific course before enrolling.

Do alumni retain access to their original course materials?

Yes. Graduates retain permanent access to all recorded lectures, live session recordings, and written course materials from their original programme year. This access continues after graduation regardless of Alumni Programme membership status. The Alumni Programme adds a growing archive of alumni-only content on top of this.

Can alumni attend the live sessions that run during the current student year?

This depends on availability and the nature of the session. Some live sessions are open to alumni on request. Clinical case discussions and alumni-specific sessions are run separately from the current student programme. Contact the Academy to enquire about access to specific upcoming sessions.

Will I be notified when new masterclasses are added?

Yes. Alumni Programme members receive direct notification when new content is published, including advance notice of upcoming masterclasses and workshops. Alumni are given priority booking before places are opened to the wider community.

Faculty Access and Clinical Support

What does ongoing access to faculty mean in practice?

It means you can bring clinical questions to the educators who trained you. This is not a general helpdesk. It is structured access to the specific faculty members whose disciplines are relevant to your question — whether that is a naturopathic case, a homeopathic remedy that is not producing the expected result, a nutritional protocol, or a biofield assessment question.

The format of access — direct message, scheduled consultation, or group session — depends on the faculty member and the nature of the question.

Can I consult Dr Nikos Chatzibalassis directly as an alumnus?

Yes, within the scope of the Alumni Programme. Dr Nikos Chatzibalassis leads the Humanopathic Medicine clinical case discussion sessions available to alumni. For complex cases or questions that require direct input from the Academy Director, the Alumni Programme provides the appropriate channel for that conversation.

What are the clinical case discussion sessions?

Clinical case discussions are structured group sessions in which alumni bring real cases to faculty and to one another. They are facilitated by Academy faculty and are designed specifically for Integrative Naturopath graduates working through the kinds of presentations that no curriculum can fully prepare you for.

The sessions are scheduled regularly, and recordings are made available to members who cannot attend live.

Can I use the Alumni Programme for professional mentoring?

Yes. Ongoing mentorship from faculty who already know your training and clinical approach is a core element of the Alumni Programme. If you are building a new practice, integrating Humanopathic methodology into an existing clinical setting, or working through a period of professional development, the Programme provides structured support for all of these.

Is the clinical support confidential?

Yes. All clinical discussions within the Alumni Programme are conducted in accordance with professional confidentiality standards. Case presentations use anonymised patient information in line with UK GDPR and professional practice requirements. The Academy expects all alumni to handle patient information in accordance with their regulatory obligations.

The Global Alumni Community

What is the global alumni community?

It is the standing network of practitioners across the Academy's graduate community, currently spanning fifteen countries across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas. All hold the professional title of Integrative Naturopath through their Academy qualification.

The community is not a passive mailing list. It is a structured professional network with shared standards, active case-based discussion, and regular contact through the Alumni Programme platform.

How do I connect with other Integrative Naturopath graduates?

Through the Alumni Programme platform and its dedicated community spaces. The network is organised by region and by clinical interest, so you can connect with practitioners in your country or with specialists in specific disciplines. The Academy also facilitates introductions where appropriate.

Are there alumni events or meetups?

The Academy organises alumni events periodically, including online clinical conferences, masterclass days, and regional meetups where numbers allow. Details are communicated to members through the Alumni Programme. Some events are open to the wider public as Learning Circle webinars.

Can alumni refer patients to other graduates in the network?

Yes. One of the practical functions of the global alumni network is professional referral. If a patient needs support from a practitioner in a different location or with a different clinical specialisation, the alumni network gives you a vetted community of Integrative Naturopath graduates to refer to with confidence.

Membership and Subscription

How much does the Alumni Programme cost?

The Alumni Programme runs on a monthly subscription. Pricing details and what is included at each access level are available directly from the Academy. Contact info@humanopathy.com to receive the current membership information for your specific pathway and professional title.

When does Alumni Programme access begin?

Alumni Programme access begins after you complete the programme and graduate. You will receive an invitation to join within your graduation communications. There is no waiting period.

Can I pause or cancel my Alumni Programme membership?

Yes. The subscription can be paused or cancelled at any time. Contact the Academy administration to discuss your options. Note that access to alumni-only content, clinical case discussions, and faculty contact pauses during any membership suspension.

What do I lose access to if I cancel my Alumni Programme membership?

Your permanent access to original course materials and recordings from your study year is unaffected by Alumni Programme membership status — that access is yours regardless.

What is paused on cancellation is access to new continuing education content, the clinical case discussion sessions, direct faculty contact, and the alumni community platform.

Is there a discount for graduates who join the Alumni Programme immediately after graduating?

Contact the Academy to discuss what is available at the time of your graduation. The Academy works individually with graduates on membership, and we encourage early enquiry.

Professional Title and Standards

Does the Alumni Programme help me maintain the Integrative Naturopath title?

Yes. The professional title of Integrative Naturopath represents a standard the Academy holds you to, and the Alumni Programme is the practical mechanism through which that standard is maintained.

Continuing education, clinical case discussions, and faculty access are all designed to ensure that the title reflects active, supported professional practice — not just a qualification awarded once and left behind.

Is continuing education through the Alumni Programme required to keep CMA membership?

CMA membership has its own CPD requirements, which are set and administered by the Complementary Medical Association, independently of the Academy.

The continuing education available through the Alumni Programme can contribute to your CPD record, but the specific requirements for CMA membership renewal should be confirmed directly with the CMA.

Can medical doctors use the Alumni Programme differently from other graduates?

The Alumni Programme is structured for all Integrative Naturopath graduates regardless of their entry pathway. Medical doctors who have completed the Postgraduate Diploma may have specific clinical questions about integrating Humanopathic methodology with conventional practice, and the programme accommodates these.

Faculty access and case discussions are relevant across all professional backgrounds.

What happens to my professional standing if I stop practising for a period?

Your qualification and professional title are not revoked by a break in practice. If you return to active practice, the Alumni Programme is designed to support re-engagement through continuing education, case discussions, and faculty contact. Contact the Academy to discuss your situation and what support is available.
