Dr Jemimah Crescentia is a highly skilled and humble healthcare professional with over 20 years of diverse experience spanning clinical practice and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Siddha Medicine and a Master’s degree in Medical Sociology, and is a passionate advocate of the principle: “Food is medicine & Medicine is food.”
Dr Jemimah began her career as a general practitioner, providing holistic patient care grounded in traditional Indian medicine. Over time, she transitioned into the administrative and operational side of healthcare, specialising in RCM and healthcare quality improvement.
Her core expertise includes: optimising clinically driven workflows, standardising medical coding, billing, and documentation, conducting audits and compliance reviews, educating physicians on best practices in clinical documentation, denial management & revenue optimisation, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and payer requirements.
Currently, she serves as the Denials & Reconciliations Manager at REEM Hospital, a leading multi-speciality healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi, UAE, with over 100 physicians.
In this role, she plays a critical part in improving revenue integrity, reducing claim denials, and aligning clinical operations with financial sustainability.
