You must be at least 18 years old to access or use Humanopathy websites, platforms, programmes, or services. By using the Website, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

3. Intellectual Property Ownership

All content provided by Humanopathy is protected under UK copyright law and international treaties. This includes, without limitation:

All intellectual property remains the exclusive property of Humanopathy Ltd. Users do not acquire ownership or intellectual property rights in any materials by accessing or using the Website or Platform.

Humanopathy grants Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Use course materials strictly for personal educational purposes.

Users may not:

Humanopathy may suspend or terminate access in cases of misconduct.

All internal training documents, coaching recordings, community posts, student submissions, and backend operational information are confidential. Users must not:

  • Share or publish internal materials outside the Platform.
  • Reveal private discussions or personal information of other Users.
  • Disclose confidential information relating to Humanopathy operations.
8. Student Access Rights

Access to course content and the Platform is:

  • Based on the specific programme or product purchased.
  • Non-transferable and may not be shared, rented, or resold.
  • Time-limited where applicable (e.g., with defined access windows).

Humanopathy may update, modify, or archive content at its discretion. Sharing access or breaching these restrictions may result in immediate termination of access with no refunds.

9. Payment, Refunds & Intensive Programme Policy

9.1 General Refund Policy

Refunds are available only under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is submitted in writing within fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase or enrolment.
  • The User has not breached any Terms.
  • The User has not downloaded, copied, or distributed protected materials.

All approved refunds are subject to a fifteen percent (15%) non-refundable administrative and processing fee, which covers platform costs, banking fees, and administrative handling.

After the 15-day period, no refunds of any kind will be issued for standard programmes.

9.2 Intensive Workshops and Intensives – No Refund Policy

For intensive workshops, fast-track programmes, or designated “Intensives”:

  • No refunds are provided under any circumstances once registration is completed and payment is made.

By enrolling in an intensive, Users expressly agree to the strict no-refund policy.

10. Reporting Misuse and IP Violations

Suspected misuse, infringement, or violations of these Terms should be reported to: info@humanopathy.com.

11. Limitation of Liability

Humanopathy does not guarantee:

  • Specific personal, health, business, or therapeutic results.
  • Accuracy, completeness, or continuous availability of content or services.

Humanopathy is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
  • Loss of profits, revenue, contracts, or business opportunities.
  • Loss or corruption of data.
  • Any damages arising from misuse or reliance on the content.

Use of the Website, Platform, and content is at the User’s own risk.

12. Protection of Officers, Employees & Contractors

The User agrees that they will not bring any personal claim against Humanopathy’s officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, or affiliates relating to any losses suffered in connection with the Website or Platform. No commission percentages, bonus amounts, or financial terms are implied or granted through this general legal document. All such terms must be:

  • Explicitly defined in writing,
  • Individually agreed between the parties,
  • Issued by Humanopathy Ltd’s authorised representatives,
  • And payable only once all agreed conditions are fully met.

Affiliates must adhere to strict confidentiality, ethical marketing guidelines, proper disclosure standards, and all data protection obligations. Misuse of referral systems, misleading representations, unauthorised promotions, or breaches of confidentiality may result in termination of Affiliate status and forfeiture of any unpaid amounts.

The Affiliate & Ambassador framework is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.

Section 5 – Medical & Health Disclaimer

All content provided by Humanopathy, including courses, materials, videos, and communications, is for educational and informational purposes only.

Humanopathy does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. Nothing on the Website or Platform should be construed as such.

Certifications are granted only upon successful completion of all academic and conduct requirements. Humanopathy may terminate enrolment for breaches, with no refund where policies state so.

Section 8 – Digital Course IP License (Summary)

Students receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access and use course materials for their own learning.

Students may not copy, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit course content. All intellectual property rights in course content remain with Humanopathy Ltd.

Section 9 – Instructor & Educator Agreement (Summary)

Instructors are independent contractors. Course material created for Humanopathy generally becomes Humanopathy’s intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Instructors must maintain confidentiality, act professionally, and agree not to solicit Students for external programmes in violation of agreed conditions.
