Dr Ioannis Bouchelos, M.D. Ph.D
Dr. Bouchelos is a medical doctor, health coach, and systemic organizational facilitator. He teaches coaches in systemic skills and integration of systemic constellations in coaching.
- He has been working as a coach and facilitator with private individuals, teams, organizations/companies since 1997. He carefully facilitates internal corporate processes in both an anthropocentric and goal oriented manner with remarkable results when pursued systematically.
- In addition, he advises organizations and companies in revealing hidden dynamics and realizing effective solutions as well as enhancing the creative and collaborative spirit within all levels of the organization or company. He works through his multifaceted training to unite, in group processes, the tendency of the individual for personal fulfilment through serving a wider systemic order providing the company’s human resources with the mental state and stance to achieve strategic goals and succeed as a unity.
- Facilitation processes fall under confidentiality clauses since the work is performed with the higher management of companies.
- Dr. Bouchelos has also worked intensively for the past 21 years as a clinical physician and a health coach for more than 11.000 clients including teams, athletes as well as general medical practice, focusing in wellness, anti aging protocols and high level athletic performance improvement.
- He acquired his Medical Degree in the Ludwig Maximillian University of Munich, Germany, in 1996 and his PhD in 1999. He started his studies in Coaching, Corporate and Human Development in 1990 with the NAC (Neuro Associative Conditioning) system by Anthony Robbins.
- He has studied and worked with the philosophical and systemic background of the NLP system by studying Clinical Ericksonian Hypnosis, Gestalt along with Systemic Organizational and Structural Constellations.

- Systemic Team Building:
Coaching using Systemic constellations brings together the workforce and allows for their goals, talents and attributes to be combined in unity and entirety providing the company with a more efficient version of the available human resources.
- Systemic Risk Assessment:
Provided with the available information related to the situation, when all factors come to play, a constellation will reveal the dynamics behind the situation at hand and allow for assessment of possible risks within the company environment and outside of it. It will allow for fresh insight and clarity.
- Systemic Coaching Constellations for Goal Clarification:
An important attribute of the process, as dynamics are revealed in their true nature, goals & objectives become specific, measurable and progressively achievable if not already so.
- Systemic Entanglement and Disentanglement in the work/business environment:
Several of the techniques used as part of the Systemic Integrational Reconstruction Coaching serve to remove projections and overly idealized concepts, which often complicate work relationships thus creating unnecessary
and harmful interrelationship mirroring, and obstruct working in cooperative spirit.

Dr. Bouchelos is currently cooperating officially with the Laboratory of Social Psychology of Panteion University in Athens, Greece, to create and evaluate Social Experiment and Strategic Analysis Programmes. He lives and works in Athens.
